Partially hidden, the sign indicates an address on 1st Street - the road changed to Monterey Road years ago. A ramshackle trailer court still functions not far from the sign.

Another sign, posted on a palm tree, states "Purchaser of any mobile home within this park should meet with manager before committing to buy." Other signs in the area strongly suggest that trespassers are not welcome
