A safe space in Walnut Creek for beginning and experienced writers of memoir, fiction, and poetry to develop your voice, at your own pace. Each group meeting consists of a series of two or three exercises to stimulate your senses, associations, memories, and creativity.The format is flexiblewriters who have a project they're working on can incorporate the prompts and exercises into their work. If you don't have a specific work in progress, go with whatever comes up in response to the exercise.
