As a rule, wine has to play second fiddle to food. This is not the case when it comes to wine paired dinners. On Tuesday, July 26th wine from Joyce Vineyards gets its chance at a solo at Restaurant James Randall. On the menu are chardonnay, pinot noir, merlot, and cabernet sauvignon accompanied by various decadent foods such as crab risotto, duck confit, pork tenderloin and sliders.
