A few minutes from downtown on the Alameda, Wine Affairs offers wine and beer in the atmosphere of a upscale pub. The focus is quality wines and beers from a wide range of suppliers small and large, plus small bites and inventive tapas, including a truffle cheddar popcorn that will disappear as soon as it’s set down. Wine Affairs opened its doors in 2007, making it one of the first bars in San Jose to serve craft brews.
