Steven Wolf Fine Arts presents Wax House of Wax, an exhibition of new work by San Francisco based artist Matt Borruso. Featuring sculptures, collages, and prints, Wax House of Wax will be Borruso's third solo exhibition at the gallery.

Matt Borruso lives and works in San Francisco. Solo shows include The Hermit's Revenge Fantasy and Full Spectrum Aura at Steven Wolf Fine Arts, Return to Holy Mountain at 2nd Floor Projects, and Scanners a collaboration with Nick Hoff at the Mina Dresden Gallery in San Francisco. He has participated in group shows at Anna Kustera, Derek Eller, Munch, Famous Accountants, Jack the Pelican, Brooklyn Fireproof, MoCCA, Gerald Peters and The Lower Manhattan Cultural Council in New York, Exile Projects in Berlin, Sister in Los Angeles, Ingalls and Associates in Miami, The Headlands Center for the Arts in Sausalito, and San Francisco The Arts Commission Gallery among others. In September 2014 his work will be featured in Allegorical Procedures: Bay Area Collage 1950-Present at San Francisco State University.
