We are a specialty hospital located in an emergency facility providing expert care to your pet around the clock. The specialists and staff at San Jose Veterinary Specialists work as a team to provide multi-specialty care for your pet. It is our goal that your pet receives the utmost supportive and compassionate care while benefiting from our combined knowledge and technical skills.

Your veterinarian will recommend a specialist who can best help your pet. Please bring any supporting documentation of your pet’s condition for the initial appointment including records, lab work, radiographs and medications. The initial consultation will take approximately one hour. If diagnostic or therapeutic procedures are performed your pet may need to stay longer. We will continue to work with you and your family veterinarian throughout the duration of your pet’s illness. Our hospital is designed to be an extension of the services provided by your family veterinarian.
