A great shopping street in San Francisco. From North Beach to Cow Hollow, there are many restaurants, cafes, bars, clothing stores, boutiques, and shops of all kinds to satisfy any shopper.
The Cow Hollow side is particularly easy walking and has the longest stretch of shops.
The Russian Hill part of Union Street offers amazing views, a huge hill, but a few great resturants at Polk and Hyde.
On the North Beach side, there are a few blocks that pass Washington Square / Columbus Street, that feature some great restaurants and bars.
