Uhuru Pies 2010

Description

Uhuru Pies is a grassroots community-based fundraiser for the African People's Education and Defense Fund supporting a commercial kitchen and recording studio, projects of the Uhuru House.

We are inviting people to participate in selling, baking and buying delicious Uhuru Pies.
We are setting up baking shifts and pie tastings NOW and selling pies NOW.
We have pickup spots in Oakland, Berkeley, Santa Cruz and will do deliveries of 10 pies or more to locations throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for pie pick up locations in San Francisco urgently!

Please contact us if you would like to set up a pie tasting at your job site, your school, your home. Get in touch if you would like to join us on "The Big Bake" on November 22nd, 23rd and 25th, if you can help with logistics and deliveries and cal tell all your friends about Uhuru Pies.

Oh, if you know anyone famous, we would love for them to taste and rave about Uhuru Pies to gain publicity. :)
