On a mat on the floor with client fully clothed
a combination of yoga stretches, pressure point work, energy meridian stimulation and breathwork. A wonderful relaxing massage that lasts 90 minutes. Stimulates energy (chi) flow, increases flexibility, facilitates well being and stretches and tones the whole body

Swedish massage:
On my massage table with oil or lotion. Client is fully draped at all times. Intuitive massage that combines deep pressure where needed and light strokes. Also includes some stretches and pressure work. Improves circulation and promotes well being, increases flexibility and tones the whole body and skin.
