On the menu for the evening will be hiramasa tartare with black truffle vinaigrette paired with Bien Nacido Vineyard Pinot Noir,duck with dried cherries paired with Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, rack of lamb with onion marmalade paired with Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and finally for the sweet finish-Napoleon of Fourme d'Ambert paired with Napa Valley Merlot.Yum!
