To all Bay Area Musicians, Artists, Music Teachers and the like:I have the ideal, creative, practice space you've been looking for, available for rent NOW!Space consists of three big rooms- one fully equipped with a PA system, monitors, guitar amps, a bass amp, keys, a full drum kit, microphones and any cable you could possibly need. Everything is set up and ready for you to plug in and play! You are also more than welcome to bring, and store, your own gear if you prefer to use that instead.Second room is spacious and comfortable, contains two Apple computers that you will have full access to (Wifi is included in the space) for editing music, email, research or any other professional purpose.Upstairs (third room) Is a more relaxed space to have friends or family hang out while you focus on your music or art downstairs. It has a futon, television and access to the roof. Yes..there is a roof with patio furniture if the space didn't already sound perfect enough.The outside space is for smoking, leisure and getting some fresh air when you need it! The outside is equipped with speakers which are connected to the computers in the second room, so if you so wish, you can listen to music while relaxing outside.My band (Sunhaze) has happily been sharing this space with another band (Yassou Benedict) for the past two years. This is a SHARED space that is ideal for practicing, meeting and networking with other local musicians/ artists, giving music lessons, or if you just need a quiet, calm space to work on your craft.
