Celebrate the glory of the tomato plant this Thursday with a cooking class at Fremont Union High School District’s adult community education class dedicated exclusively to this delicious, antioxidant packed food, growing abundantly in the summertime. Chef Suzanne will show her appreciation for the tomato by teaching her students how to make dishes such as gazpacho, heirloom tomato salad, sun-dried tomato and olive bread, salmon with oven roasted grape tomatoes and goat cheese, and chocolate tomato pots de crème.
