Couz, which means The Old House, is a regional French restaurant, more precisely, a Crêperie bretonne. This charming French crêpery always seems to be busy and is a great place to hang with friends over crêpes, a tasty bowl of cider, or simply to take in the eclectic group of young people who frequent this hot spot.

Although every nationality has variation of crêpes, Brittany has a very unique culinary tradition in the making of its "Krampouz" (crêpes). There are two kinds of crêpes found in Brittany: "blé noir" and "froment", the first made with buckwheat flour, is used in their savory crêpes, while wheat flour is used in their sweet crêpes.
