Welcome to the VItality Center Our center creates strategies for evolution by offering the highest levels of Network care. We educate and inspire our practice members to share the gifts of greater quality of life through Network Spinal Analysis. Our mission is to contribute to the quality of life of people of all ages by helping to develop strategies for health, through connection and release, transformation and refinement, and awakening and expansion.

Our Center is a fully integrated Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) office. In todays culture of stress we are in information overload and wisdom deprived. Our bodies are working in overdrive just to maintain health not leaving much room for growth. The constant over stimulation we receive on a daily basis desensitizes our nervous system putting our body in a state of defense. Network care shifts us from defense into safety. This state of ease creates a higher level of efficiency in the brain and nervous system.
