Located in the heart of Downtown San Jose, the Cheap Squad was founded in 2010 by a group of young IT and business professionals. At the Cheap Squad, our business model is deeply rooted in honesty, exceptional customer service, and unbeatable pricing. Since our company’s 2010 inception, we’ve grown at a considerable rate, from helping fewer than 10 customers, to more than 150 customers, per month.

We credit our growth and expansion to our customers, and continuously strive to repay customer patronage with the best pricing and service in the San Jose area.

At the Cheap Squad, we will inspect and diagnose your electronic devices, including computers, game consoles, and cell phones, for free! Additionally, customers are covered by our No Fix, No Charge policy: because not every item is repairable, you will not be charged if we can’t fix your device.
