This group meets every Tuesday from 7 to 9pm - all are welcome to sit and walk in meditation and to discuss the dharma over refreshments. Meditation instruction is offered at no charge.
There is no charge but we request that you consider a teacher's gift or a donation to the Tamalpais Shambhala Meditation Group.
