There is nothing quite like handmade fresh pasta, and if it seems like an intimidating task to make, it's not. All it requires is some fresh eggs, flour and a little patience. Instructor Niki B. Frias will teach you the secrets of fresh pasta making, then show you how to make three delicious homemade sauces. On the night's menu is fresh pasta dough, wild mushroom pasta dough, walnut-sage pesto sauce, sun-dried tomato, rosemary and pancetta cream sauce, and Tuscan sausage and caramelized onion ragu.
