At this romantic and very tranquil inn, located on a quiet residential street, you can experience being close to the beach with the sounds of the surf and yet be only 2 blocks to art galleries, restaurants and quaint shops.
Great care and attention have been given to create a serene and restful environment. There are four rooms within the Sunset House (three of which offer ocean views): two downstairs and two upstairs. Each has a fireplace with a cozy sitting area and personalized furnishings, including unusual accessories. All rooms feature wood-burning brick fireplaces, a private bathroom, telephone, television and small refrigerators in which to stash goodies you've found in the markets of Carmel, not to mention a bottle or two of wine from local vineyards!
Breakfast is delivered to your room at your specified time and includes freshly baked muffins and pastry, "the world's greatest granola," fruit, juice and coffee. On-site parking is provided for all rooms.
