Throughout his career as an entrepreneur and investor, Case has seen rapid change in how people and companies utilize the Internet.First AOL and other companies laid the foundation for consumers to connect to the Internet. Then we saw companies like Google and Facebook build on top of the Internet to create search and social networking capabilities, while apps like Snapchat and Instagram leveraged the smartphone revolution.
According to Case we are now entering a new paradigm called the “Third Wave”. One where entrepreneurs will have the power to vastly transform “real world” sectors like health, education, transportation, energy, and food and change the way we live and work.
