Our approach is holistic, we believe in the mind, body, spirit connection and achieve optimal results through a combination of coaching, detoxification programs, energy work and bodywork, and customized skin care treatments that compliment a healthy diet and daily exercise. Therapeutic massage and detoxification are ideal for individuals experiencing acute or chronic conditions, disease, as well as those seeking relaxation, stress reduction and wellness maintenance.
When asked this question a few years ago, "what would you do if you knew you could not fail?" My response was, "find the cure for cancer." That began a profound shift in my life. I realize most disease and illness is a result of stress and/or an unhealthy lifestyle.
Three years ago I took the leap of faith and pursued my massage and esthetician license. I resigned from the financial comforts and somewhat stressful demands of a corporate career to follow my passion of providing overall wellness in people's lives and this is how I embrace life. I truly believe if you do what you love, exercise, eat healthy, and incorporate self-care in the form of bodywork, energy work, detoxification or skin treatments it reflects in you feeling healthy and youthful with each passing year. The focus should be on prevention and wellness, That is the cure.
