About
The Art Boutiki is known for their great selection of comics and graphic novels. But the San Jose-based comic shop is also host to some of the best all-ages shows in town. Unlike the hardcore and punk DIY shows of the San Jose Rock Shop, Art Boutiki leans toward indie-pop, acoustic and ska. The horn-heavy, video-game-centric Super Soul Bros. are a natural fit and play SLG often. So do Curious Quail and Picture Atlantic. These regular locals provide a strong support network for all the touring bands that come through the shop. And although it is all ages, the venue serves beer and wine for the 21+ crowd.
