Sauce, has recently taken over operations of the Albion House Inn to become A Restaurant with Rooms.  Brothers Trip, Nate and Matt Hosley along with Chef Ben Paula have owned and operated Sauce Restaurant since 2004.  We recently took over the Inn upstairs and we would love for you to come and stay with us at "Sleep Over Sauce" our new Boutique Hotel.  We are currently renovating the site to match the new look of the hotel, but fresh towels and sheets already await you and we are open for business!
