We are Certified Professional Inspectors with more than 30 years experience in the construction industry. We will provide you with a thorough home inspection that covers all the major components of the home. Once completed, you will be given a full report with explanations for any concerns uncovered during the inspection including upcoming maintenance issues; allowing you to budget for the future.

Our inspections will tell you the condition of your home and allow you to factor that into your home buying decision. There are houses that you shouldn't be buying or at least should factor the cost of a new roof, water heater, or heating system into your thinking and budget.

We provide an individual, narrative style report of your inspection. Depending on the size and condition of the property, the inspection usually takes two to four hours. We welcome questions during the inspection and we are available for free follow-up telephone consultation. The written narrative report includes clear description of what was found and identifies any material defects in the systems, structures, and components of the property. The report is thorough, comprehensive, and easy-to-understand. The report is in your hands within 24 hours after the inspection is completed, and it is accessible through our website, or for clients that don't have web access, we make hard copies available.
