I specialize in therapy for women, couples counseling and pre-marital counseling.I help women in their 20's, 30's and 40's who are ready to dive deep inside to find their true nature and meet their lives with passion and purpose.I also help couples learn how to build and maintain joyful and worthwhile long-term relationships that are based on attraction, security and mutuality.I believe that therapy is not just a path towards feeling good, but also towards doing good. Healing ourselves and waking up to the truth of who we are is a powerful way to acknowledge and work through our less conscious, destructive behaviors and take a more conscious role in how we live and act.
