And I offer swedish/esalen style massage (soothing & relaxing), as well as deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, energy work, reflexology, lymphatic treatments, pre and post natal massage. I use myofacial and neuromuscular release techniques, stretches, accupressure, and joint mobilization, allowing relaxation of the tissue, release of constriction and tension, and realignment of the body.
