Since 1981, the Sennin Foundation Center has offered instruction in traditional Japanese systems of yoga and meditation, martial arts, healing arts, and brush calligraphy. Classes are small and semi-private in nature.
Saigo Ryu aiki-jujutsu features powerful throwing and grappling techniques. It also includes the study of classical Japanese weapons. Training is conducted in a non-competitive environment. Instructors are certified in Japan by the Kokusai Budoin World HQ.
Aiki-jujutsu is an ideal way to get in shape, learn to remain calm under pressure, enhance concentration, and develop willpower. Through this martial art you can discover self-protection and self-perfection.
