With networking before and after, we continue our monthly lecture series: Second Units make Homeownership Affordableby Rachel F Ginis, Lilypad Homes
Rachel will tell us how Lilypad creates second units, also known as accessory dwelling units (ADUs). This housing saves resources, decreases carbon pollution and wear and tear on our streets, by allowing people who work in our community to live in our community.
