A quiet and cozy inn in a turn-of-the-century building that has been remodeled for comfort, while retaining the romantic atmosphere and ambience of the past. When you arrive, you will be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff, happy to advise you about the restaurants, shops, scenic and historic places that make Carmel Village such a special place. The spectacular white sand beach is only a few hundred feet away and beach towels are available. There are no TVs.

Marshall and Diane Hydorn have been welcoming guests to the Sea View Inn since 1975. Guest rooms in this Victorian home are decorated with four-poster canopied beds and other antiques, Oriental rugs, fresh flowers and whimsical toys. Village restaurants and shopping are within an easy stroll.

Enjoy breakfast by the fireside, afternoon tea and coffee and evening wine and cheese. Take a break in their private, tranquil garden.
