Description
Celebrate the 100 Year Anniversary of the Santa Clara County Library District at the Saratoga Library! The event will be held on Saturday, October 11, from 12-4 p.m. The event will bring residents of all ages together for an enjoyable day of learning, creating, and connecting. It will include presentations as well as hands-on learning opportunities for all ages such as ones regarding: technology, arts-and-crafts, gardening, history, literature, health, the Bookmobile, library resources and services, and more. This event will be spread throughout the library, including in the Children's Department, in the Teen Area, in the Community Room, and more. Community partners will have tables at the event. This celebratory event will showcase the impressive history of the library system as well as the innovative community center that the library is today in its 100th year.
