Laurent Manrique’s Rouge et Blanc Wine Bar in San Francisco has introduced a new cocktail menu comprised of drinks made only with liquor produced using grapes such as Armagnac, Cognac, and Idol vodka.

Specific new libations include:
The D’Artagnan ($11.50 / Armagnac, Lillet Blanc, peach schnapps, lemon) Mousquetaire ($12 / Idol vodka, Armagnac, blueberry syrup, Blue Curacao, lime)
Dame Blanche ($12 / Cognac, White Crème de Cacao, cream, nutmeg)
Rouge et Blanc ($11.50 / Idol vodka, Crème de Banane, cream, Grenadine)
Effervescence ($12.50 / Idol vodka, Cava, Grand Marnier, lime, basil)
Bisous ($11 / Cognac, Cointreau, lemon)

Unchanged is Rouge et Blanc’s international selection of upwards of 150 wines, with about 70 available by the glass, plus a bar menu that includes a charcuterie plate, cheese and Croque Monsieur-like sandwiches.
