About
Robin Woolard is a classically-trained jeweler, creating exquisite jewelry in high-karats gold, platinum and precious gems. Each piece is custom-made, employing the centuries-old techniques of Italian jewelry making, which is rapidly being replaced by computer generated mass production, even among the prominent jewelry houses. The classical system entails hand-forging the metal without the use of wax or casting—an organic system that creates balance in color, line and form, giving life to each jewel, making it one-of-a-kind.
Robin offers an exclusive collection of original designs in a wide range of styles from classical to contemporary, and traditional to unconventional. Working directly with his clients, Robin custom makes each piece, whether using their stones or his own, building a wonderfully personal relationship from design to creation. As a GIA-educated gemologist he also offers consultation, appraisal and restorations.
