Quicksilver Concierge and Errand Service can assist you with every stage of your event from beginning to end.
 
We suggest ways to keep costs down and quality up, assist you in negotiating vendor contracts, help with bridal, groom and baby showers, or we can simply be on hand the day of the event for "day of assistance" so that you, your family and your guests experience the event of your dreams.

* Coordinating with the onsite staff to make sure the event timeline is met.
 
* Coordinating the catering staff to make sure that the food is served hot.
 
* Making sure that unnecessary bottles of wine are not being opened and paid for.
 
* Overseeing the music.
 
* Making sure the flowers are delivered and arranged on time.
 
* Arranging for the photos to be taken.
 
* Running to the store for last minute items.
 
* Making sure that one person is not occupying too much of the couple's time - encouraging folks to let you move on to your other guests in a polite way.

Typically the event host or hostess takes on many of these tasks and they are not able to enjoy the event.  Quicksilver is there to handle whatever contingency comes up so that you are able to also enjoy the event as a guest without worrying about the event running smoothly.
 
Rates are negotiated after determining the scope of the event. Hourly rates  are charged in ¼ hour increments, thus, you only pay for the time that we are there assisting you.
