About
Project Commotion is a San Francisco-based non-profit organization working to support children with special needs and their parents, caretakers and educators, through the movement, sensory activities, education, relationships, and play.
Project Commotion's target population is primarily underserved youth, ages 10 months - 18 years, with developmental or emotional challenges. Our specific curricula address autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing disorders, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities and differences, cerebral palsy, and trauma.
We offer 1-on-1 and small group classes for children and youth, and community workshops for adults. Class offerings include tumbling, capoeira, dance, yoga, and body awareness. Private and semi-private lessons are tailored specifically to students' needs.
