Delivery  Point & Intelligent Mail Barcodes for postal discounts:
Spray a POSNET barcode to match the address on each mail piece.  The barcode allows automated sorting of letter mail to a maximum postage discount.

Automatic  Address Update and Delivery:
A USPS-licensed FASTforward technology updates addresses by identifying names and addresses for which current change-of-address orders are on the database. A piece updated with FASTforward can be delivered directly to the new address rather than forwarded from the old address.

Online Change of Address:
PIN Presort provides an automated process that provides change-of-address information to maintain computerized mailing lists.  The information is sent to mailers on electronic media which reduces the volume of manual change-of-address notices.

USPS  Certified Address Correction:
A service that improves the accuracy of matching to delivery point codes, ZIP+4 codes, 5-digit ZIP codes, and carrier route codes on mail pieces.

Inkjet Image Addressing:
Information such as company logo, addresses, permits, barcode, and other items are directly printed on mail pieces from a computerized database.

Mail Merge & Print Letters:
Letters are merged with information from a computerized mailing list, and printed on a high-speed laser printer.

Address List maintenance:
Customer-provided mailing list will be maintained for automation and for future use.

Metering Services:
Mail pieces are weighed and metered at USPSP discounted rates.

Folding  & Inserting:
PIN Presort provides automated service for letters, samples, cards and other inserts.

Customized Fulfillment Services:
Mail that cannot be automated is prepared by our professional staff to meet a variety of customer’s needs.

Free Mail Pickup and USPS Delivery:
We pick up your mail from your place of business, sort and deliver it to the San Jose USPS on the same day.

International Mail:
