We provide an affordable alternative to assist people with their self-help legal needs. Legal Document Assistants (LDA) fill a critical role in the judicial process by enabling individuals to represent themselves in their own legal matters. It is legal, and possible, for a person to represent himself or herself in a legal proceeding - without costly legal fees.
Since 1987, our company has provided personalized legal assistance to help individuals navigate through what can often be a complicated and confusing process. Using a LDA ensures that your legal papers are always properly prepared, filed, and served on time.
We assist individuals in areas such as limited and general conservatorships, guardianships, estate planning, business formation (incorporations, LLCs, etc.), litigation, contracts/agreements, and collection actions. Typically, we charge a flat rate for most of our legal services, so our clients know up front what their legal fees will be.
By law, we cannot offer legal opinions, nor are we attorneys. We can, however, provide expert legal support in preparing your documents - and yourself – for a variety of legal proceedings.
