“La Festa di San Giuseppe is always a fun time at Palio and I suggest that everyone wear comfortable clothes because there’s a lot of great food,” said proprietor Martino DiGrande, the scion of a Sicilian family who oversees all operations and personally greets every guest.

All Palio menu items are prepared with organic and sustainable ingredients from local family farms and ranches.
