About
Pacific Repertory Theatre is the only professional theatre in Carmel and Monterey County. Known as PacRep, the company has announced its 31st season of plays and musicals in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Housed in one of the oldest theatre's in the city, the Golden Bough Playhouse, productions pay homage to PacRep's long-standing mission to present bold and daring interpretations of the great plays of the world stage the literary classics of yesterday, today and tomorrow. Season tickets are available now and subscribers receive first choice of dates, best choice of seats, free exchange privileges and more, all at a substantial discount!
Currently, productions in the Golden Bough Playhouse include the Disney's Mulan Jr., Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, Buddy, Elvis and the Gang! Tribute Concert, Oliver! The Musical, Moll Flanders, CATS, Solid Gold Tribute Concert.
The company also presents first-class productions at the city-owned Outdoor Forest Theater, however due to its closure for remodel, the venue is slated to be closed until 2016.
