Serving regional craft beers and some international selections, Original Gravity has become a hub for beer fans in downtown San Jose. Specialty menu items, such as gourmet grilled cheese, duck fat fries and sweet apricot sausage from an extensive local meat selection provide interesting pairings. All of Original Gravity's meat is sourced from South Bay butchers, and its craft brews rotate daily. New for this summer, the restaurant is expanding next door into the vacancy left by Cabrito's.
