About
Ocean Beach Studio is a 350 square foot, sound-proof, multi-purpose music room attached via double doors to a lounge/mixing room. The studio is perfect for band practices, demo and album recording, music classes and workshops, as well as intimate performances and private parties. Studio time, instruments, gear, and audio engineering are all available for rent.
The studio is located behind a house across the street from the beach, in the Outer Sunset. The studio was built as an addition to the house by the owner in the seventies. Since then it has been the practice and recording space of many bands. Now you can join the beach party, too!
