Who are we
NorCal Property Management is a family owned and operated property management company that ONLY provides residential property managements services.

What areas do we serve
We serve San Jose and all surrounding cities within Santa Clara County and the surrounding South Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.

What kind of clients do you serve
A majority of our clients live in other countries such as Europe and Australia. We also serve several clients who still live in the San Francisco Bay Area and clients who live throughout the United States.

We are ALL Property Management, ALL of the time
NorCal Property Management only does residential property management unlike many of our competitors who are only motivated to service your property with hopes to sell it one day.

All Services provided
Property management includes more than just finding a renter and providing payment to owners each month. Your property will only be rented out by a licensed real estate agent. Our maintenance department is run by a licensed general contractor and your property will only be maintained and repaired by licensed contractors who are licensed, bonded and insured. We can also provide re-modeling and renovation services to your property. WE DO NOT ADD ANY MARK-UP FEES FOR REPAIRS.
