Established in April 2004 by the two principals, Elizabeth Hart and Michael Snook, both of whom bring over 10 years of facilities, property and event management to bear.

NIMBY provides securable workspaces and support services to small businesses and artisans working with various mediums including metal fabrication, woodworking and sculpture to name a few. Enclosed and wired workspaces are available.
