Thousands of people braved the nippy autumn weather and ominous threats of rain by weather watchers to attend Sunday’s Holiday Parade in downtown San Jose. It was all they expected and more. There were 19 bands, 14 floats, and ten enormous balloons, all proceeding to the beat of “Toys, Treasures, and Traditions.”
