Formerly The Museums of Los Gatos (Art Museum of Los Gatos and History Museum of Los Gatos), New Museum Los Gatos has three times more exhibition space than our previous location, allowing us to build a vibrant community hub for all ages to engage the community at the intersection of art, history, and education through innovative, locally connected and globally relevant exhibits, programs and experiences.
New Museum Los Gatos strives to consistently show how the past influences what society defines as new. Dynamic, interactive, and frequently changing exhibitions combined with forward thinking programs and a rigorous education program for all ages makes New Museum Los Gatos the destination for all that is new. New Museum Los Gatos contains 6 dynamic gallery spaces, 9 rotating exhibitions annually, an interactive, permanent Los Gatos History exhibit, as well as weekly workshops, youth programs, classes, and lectures. The 6,000 square foot building is located in the Los Gatos Civic Center, next to the Los Gatos Library.
