Eggs Benedict-two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin with Canadian bacon, topped with Hollandaise sauce served with hash browns and fresh fruit
Crab Cake Benedict-two poached eggs on crab cakes, topped with Hollandaise sauce served with hash browns and fresh fruit
Vegetarian Scramble-a generous portion of eggs scrambled with mushrooms, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, served with hash browns and fresh fruit

Crab Stuffed Salmon-salmon filet stuffed with jumbo lump crab meat and topped with a lemon-butter, caper sauce, served with basmati rice and sauteed vegetable
Prime Rib-slow roasted, 12oz. portion served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables
