Mosto focuses on mainly small bar bites (at a soft opening, they offered two really tasty tacos: the Al Pastor, featuring pork and pineapple and the De Nopal, filled with veggies), but the real draw is the extensive tequila and mezcal list. There are 300 tequilas being offered by the glass and carafe. They are all served traditional style, with sangrita and a pickle back to shoot it with. Mosto will also be doing mixed drinks and will eventually have both beer and wine on tap. Non-tequila drinkers don’t fret. There will be a few other options as well, such as rum, vodka and bourbon.
