We love our spot in Laurel Heights – right on beautiful Sacramento Street. There is great shopping around and you can stop for a cup of coffee before an early morning class, grab dinner to go at Beautifull, or celebrate how great you did in class with a glass of champagne next door at Spruce.
Our amazing space is filled with natural light, hip music and the best Pilates equipment on the market from Balanced Body. We have 8 Reformers and 8 Towers with mirrors on the walls so you can check your form. We also have a variety of other equipment for individual sessions. There is a vanity and a bathroom stocked with goods for you to get ready on the run. The studio is a warm, comfortable, casual environment where you’ll want to meet up for a dynamic class and hang out with friends.
