About
MEDICINE eatstation features healthy food based on 500 year-old Zen Buddhist traditions. The Zen monks thought that food should be taken as MEDICINE for the health of the body. They created seasonal cuisine called Shojin that was created over half a millenium. MEDICINE features "NEW-SHOJIN" because they have given it a unique edge, and incorporated modern nutritional ideas. Every unique dish is 100% vegetarian/vegan and almost 100% of the seasonal, local produce is organic. MEDICINE is also available for catering special events, parties, and business meetings. The long communal dining tables made with sustainable wood are perfect for onsite catering events such as casual birthday parties to formal business conferences.
