About
I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator, having completed a 720 hour program of indepth training. I am currently licensed to practice massage in the cities of Rohnert Park and Petaluma, CA.
I specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage as well as Myofascial Therapy, which is a form of Deep Tissue massage designed to target specific areas of concern that have resulted from injuries, poor posture and day to day stresses. Myofascial Therapy is an effective hands-on method of providing sustained pressure into myofascial tissues that results in elimination of pain and restoration of range of motion.
I also offer relaxing spa treatments that include Hot Stone Massage, Salt Glows and body wraps.
