Description
Executive Chef Anthony Hsia alongside other chefs will perform live demonstrations in preparing their dishes. Each course will then be paired with an award winning wines. Each wine will be explained by winemakers.Marchesi Antinori Winery will be presenting Oct 21. The Menu includes Lampredotto and Brioche, Savory Broth, a Braised Oxtail Agnolotti, Colorado Springs Lamb Rack and for dessert a mascarpone cheesecake with amaretto.
