Weight Training for Optimal Health (Thurs, Nov 11)
Weight training is not only for body builders. Find out how it can help with osteoporosis, shoulder pain, knee pain and overall conditioning. Everybody's exercise program should include some weight training. We will show you how to do it effectively and safely.
